You may return any unused products within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of your purchase price or an exchange. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in the condition you received them and include any branded box and/or packaging for full credit (minus shipping fees) to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Please do not return your product to the return address on the shipping label on the box. Sometimes, this address can be a distribution warehouse that does not process returns. All returns should be sent to our corporate office and warehouse listed above.
In order to exchange merchandise, please complete the returns section on the front side of the returns and exchanges form with the items you are exchanging. In the exchanges section, list the new item(s) you would like to receive. If the items cost less than the items you are sending back, you will be credited with the difference. If the items cost more than the items you are sending back, we will get in touch with you in regards to payment. Please allow 30 days for your exchange to be processed.
