Many of our hats are shipped directly from the manufacturer to save you money and offer more styles. You can view the lead time that it takes to prepare your hat for shipment on each individual hat page or on your order.
Free Standard Shipping on All Orders Over $100
All orders over $100 receive free UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground shipping to the United States. Orders under $100 are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground for $9.95 to the U.S. unless an expedited shipping method is chosen.
All packages within the U.S. are available for shipping via UPS or USPS ground, UPS Second Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Shipping times are in addition to lead times
Shipping to Canada
Fedoras.com is shipping to Canada on a trial basis. Shipping to Canada will be actual cost via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Flat-rate shipping to Canada is unavailable at this time. Please note that you are responsible for any additional tariffs levied as your package crosses the border.
Lead times are listed on each individual item page as well as in your cart next to each hat, and vary between 1-3 days up to 4-6 weeks. This is the time that it takes to assemble your order, and is in addition to the time it will take for the shipment to arrive. Hats that take 4-6 weeks to ship are our Stetson and Dobbs dress hats that are custom-made to order specifically for you. We do have a few sizes of many of our hats in stock, so if you need a hat shipped out today, please contact us before ordering to see if we have a particular hat in stock.
Fedoras.com is unable to ship internationally at this time except to Canada. We are looking into cost effective ways of providing this service in the future and apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.
We love shipping to our Military friends! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses. After the hat lead time, it takes 3-5 days for Priority Mail to arrive at the primary military post office, and 2-9 days for First Class Mail. From there, the package is under the control of the military mail system. Your order should arrive in about the same amount of time as other packages from the U.S. (in most cases 7-14 days). The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed. If you have any problems entering your APO/FPO address information please contact Customer Service by e-mail at Info@fedoras.com, which will be answered within 24-48 hours.
All shipments will be considered lost if they have neither arrived nor been confirmed delivered after 20 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.
We guarantee that your package will be delivered to the address you provided to us. If your package is lost and cannot be confirmed delivered by the carrier, we'll replace it - FREE.
Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you). This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness. All replacement orders will be mailed via UPS or USPS Ground.
- You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the UPS, it can take up to six business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.
- You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.
- If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not send a replacement.
